1) PLANK (:30-:60)
2) AIR SQUATS (20X)
3) PUSHUPS (10X-15X)
(WIDE, REGULAR, MILITARY HAND POSITIONS FOR DIFFERENT ROUNDS)
4) SPLIT LUNGE JUMPS (20X)
(Modification is Step back lunge into front kick - 10x/leg)
5) MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (:40)
6) SUPERMANS (:40)
7) ALTERNATING LATERAL LUNGES (20X)
(Make 1 round a Alt. Curtsy Squat Round for 20x)
REST 1-2 MINUTES BEFORE REPEATING!
STRETCH FOLLOWING AND ENJOY A PRODUCTIVE DAY!
