Sport specific small group training
Sport Specific Small Group training session with one of CareFit’s certified coaches. We empower athletes and teams to discover their true potential by becoming more resilient & confident within the demand of their sport. We will address/design a sport specific program focused on movement patterns, endurance; strength ; stability & mobility to ensure that individual and team performances improve!
golf basic training*
This class is design for any level of golfer. The class will be 1-3 days per week for 6 weeks. We will focus on the area of lower body & upper body mobility/stability with introduction into speed and power training. Come join us and experience the next level with your golf game!

golf strength training
This small group class will build on the stability/mobility work from the Basic Training program, by enhancing the athlete's overall strength. The strength component while still have a sport’s specific focus!
speed & power training
This small group will infuse you with power, explosive speed and speed strength. Maximizing the control that you’ve developed from the Basic & Strength enhancement programs.
