Not all exercise is created equal

Everyone has a different reason for working out - from losing weight, to post-surgery rehab, to improving overall health - which means your exercise program should compliment your specific goals.

Just as there is no one-size-fits all diet, there is no one-size-fits-all workout.

Before recommending a training regimen at CareFit Studio, we get to know each client personally through a one-on-one consultation. During our brief conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, evaluate your strengths and identify the areas you want to work on. That way, we can design a plan tailored to your specific needs - based on physical exercise, nutrition, and mental strength - to ensure that you will achieve your goals.

CareFit Studio is the only TRX premier facility in Louisville, and our unique approach is rooted in the discipline of functional training, which focuses on rhythmic motions that compliment the way you move on a daily basis. By targeting the three planes of motion - sagittal (splitting the body into left and right), frontal (splitting the body into front and back), and transverse (splitting the body into top and bottom), we can improve your mobility and increase your resilience against injury.
