Whether you’re interested in joining a group fitness class or working out one-on-one, CareFit Studio can design a program that caters to your specific needs and goals, regardless of your skill level or previous experience.
We do ask that you call ahead before joining your first class. Size is limited and each new private or group client must first complete our consultation, which helps us personally develop the best fitness regimen for you and your goals.

About Our Group Classes
CareFit Classes are small group (10 or less), full-body workout sessions based on functional training - a discipline that will help you move better. Because if you can move better, then you will perform better!
During classes, our TRX certified instructors will coach you on what should be stable & what should be mobile within a movement, helping you become more durable and resilient against injury. Once proper movement patterns are established, we’ll safely challenge you by increasing the load (resistance) or narrowing your base of support.
We’ll take advantage of several different modalities (TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX RIP Trainers, Battle Ropes, Kettle Bells, Sandbags, Medicine Balls, Swiss Exercise Balls, Dumbbells, BOSU, Resistance Bands, Equalizer bars, and more) that will continue to push you, based on your current fitness level.
Taking traditional bodyweight exercises and incorporating core control with different challenges in all planes of motion, CareFit classes are creative, purposeful, and most importantly, fun!
