"Since I have been attending CareFit Boot Camp classes, my cholesterol levels have dropped and stayed down. I have reduced my calcium intake and cut my thyroid medication in half, I have an under active Thyroid. My doctor is very pleased with my progress."

"I am a bit older but work with Carrie three times a week especially for Core work. Carrie works hard to give me a variety in my work outs. At one time I ran in all the local races but hurt my knee and than walked in all the races. Used these activities to relieve stress and give self-esteem. Life changes and Carrie is now my source of stress relief, laughter, and self-esteem. Do this for yourself!"

"I first heard about Carrie from a mutual friend who had always looked very fit but recently had almost a glow about her. When I inquired what she was doing for fitness she told me about this wonderful trainer that she had discovered. Although my friend is certainly more committed to her fitness routine than I ever will be, I followed up on her suggestion to give Carrie a call. Carrie had recently received her certification to be a Personal Trainer and although I have had a few personal trainers throughout my 49 years, this was something that was unique. I quickly realized that not only did Carrie have the qualifications to do her job she coupled it with her innate ability to motivate her clients in addition to her good business sense and professionalism. At the time, Carrie was barely 40 years old and had only recently begun personal training. For several years Carrie came to my house two times per week and designed a personalized workout session for me. I quickly realized that Carrie varied the workout with the intent of continuing to challenge me to push myself. Something that I have whined about but recognize the value and appreciate the quality that she offers. We are approaching our third year together and I am now (although extremely reluctant in the beginning) going to Carrie's gym that she created and am once again appreciative of the push that she instinctively knew was best for my fitness routine. In addition to her creativity in designing ever changing fitness opportunities for her clients, Carrie has the ability to motivate and keep clients focused. I highly recommend anyone interested in a new fitness opportunity to consider CareFit, Inc.. I consider her to be one of Louisville's best emerging fitness trainers!"

"I am fairly new to running. I had 2 half marathons under my belt and thought, why not tackle the full 26.2? Could I do it? It sounded pretty intimidating and practically impossible. But the thought of hiring a coach to show me how to complete this feat made the idea seem a lot less scary. Soooo...time to talk to Carrie Hoddinott. She told me, "of course YOU can do it! You just have to train right." And that's what I did. Carrie gave me an 18 week plan with daily running/workout assignments. Believe it or not, the training was almost easy. It was not hard at all to fit it into my daily routine as a busy mom. The build-up was so gradual that when I got up to the really long training runs, my body was ready for them. I was truly prepared. The coaching included nutritional advice and weekly consults which helped tremendously. On Nov. 6, I ran my first marathon! I completed the 26.2 miles in good time and even felt decent afterwards. Training RIGHT pays off. Thanks Carrie for an incredible experience. Can't wait for my next big race...I'm hooked!"

"It has been almost a year since I began training with Carrie and it has been an amazing time for me. Do to an illness the strength in my arms and legs had diminished greatly, steps were becoming impossible to climb, I was in constant pain and headed for a wheel chair and very scared. From the beginning Carrie worked with me at a pace that made me feel that I could improve and within six months I was completely pain free and the strength I regained allowed me to return to all normal activity. I have continued to train with Carrie and it is now part of my lifestyle that I look forward too and I am setting new weight loss and core strengthening goals monthly. At first having Carrie as my trainer was all about regaining what I had lost and now it is about creating a new level of fitness and health I never imagined!"
