CareFit Personal Training Studio specializes in both one-on-one and group fitness programs. Our expert trainers will design a fitness routine specifically catered to your needs and goals. Regardless of whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, our instructors can customize the perfect routine for you.
Please call ahead before joining a class for the first time or if you have been absent for an extended period of time. Classes are limited in size and an assessment must be performed before an individual can participate.

Tuesday - 5:30am Functional Training | 8:30am Full Body Blast
Wednesday - 6:30am & 8:30am Bootcamp | 6:15pm Yoga
Thursday - 5:30am & 8:30am Full Body Blast
Friday - 6:30am & 8:30am Functional Training | 9:45am Reboot & Recovery
Saturday - 9am Bootcamp | 10:15am Reboot & Recovery
